Farm House (Max 38 people)

Any outstanding balance is due 12 weeks prior to your visit, and a additional £300 refundable bond within 4 weeks of arrival (we will send out an online payment link for this).  All being well, the refundable bond will returned to you up to 10 working days after your departure date.

Important Information

  • Maximum occupancy is 38 people (children and adults combined)
  • No dogs allowed, except trained, registered assistance dogs (please notify us during booking)

Arrival & Departure

Standard Arrival Days:

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4.00pm.

Standard Departure Days:

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday by 9.30am
  • Sunday by 5.00pm

Sleeping Arrangements & Room Details

The Farm House sleeps up to 38 guests, including 5 staff or group leaders, across 7 bedrooms named after local caverns and caves offering a mix of bunk beds and single beds. The layout includes:

  • Pooles – sleeps 2, with en-suite toilet and sink
  • Treak Cliff – sleeps 3
  • Ashford Black Marble – sleeps 5
  • Speedwell and Blue John – sleep 6 each
  • Carlswark and Giants – sleep 8 each
  • The dining room seats 36, making it perfect for group meals and activities.

Kitchen & Dining Facilities

The fully equipped kitchen includes:

  • Catering-size utensils and appliances
  • Large cooker, grill, microwave, toaster, instant hot water boiler
  • Commercial upright fridge and freezer
  • Commercial dishwasher and pantry
  • High chair and travel cot available on request
  • Double doors from the dining room lead to a patio with outdoor seating for 36 and a large charcoal BBQ ideal for alfresco dining – guests can purchase charcoal when booking or bring their own.

Amenities & Comfort

  • Lounge area with comfy seating, coffee table, LCD TV, and Blu-ray player (laptop connectivity available)
  • Wi-Fi access throughout the Farm House
  • Separate male and female toilet and shower rooms
  • Separate toilet/shower room for staff or group leaders
  • Bedding provided: duvet, duvet cover, pillow, pillowcase, and fitted sheet (guests make their own beds)
  • Central heating with Hive control system
